Auction payment: We require payment or contact within two (2) business days of the auction end date. Failure to remit payment or contact us may result in the filing of a non-payment dispute with eBay and negative feedback. We accept PayPal only for auction payment. We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
Shipping and handling information: When paying with PayPal, we will ship your auction item(s) within three (3) business days of your payment (unless PayPal payment is an "eCheck" which requires four (4) business days to clear).
We will only ship to countries noted in each actual auction listing (these countries vary) and only to a "PayPal Verified" address. Unless otherwise noted in the auction, all items will ship via insured UPS ground service within the United States and USPS Global Express or International Priority Mail Service internationally. If you have questions about our shipping policy or whether we will ship to your country, please ask before bidding.
Customs - Any import duties / taxes or customs' fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not adjust values to lower customs' fees and items are insured for their final auction price value!
We will combine shipping on multiple auctions. However the ending dates of those auctions can not be more than five (5) days apart. Please contact us if you plan to bid on multiple items. We will do our best to work out an equitable shipping solution.
Shipping insurance: Unless otherwise stipulated, all shipping and handling charges include shipping insurance and will require a signature for delivery. If this presents a problem, please contact us prior to bidding.
Packaging: All items are packaged with the utmost in care to insure that you receive the item(s) in the condition they left us. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us prior to bidding.
Warranty: Each item contains no warranty unless otherwise advertised in the auction.
Return policy: Unless otherwise stated in the auction, all items are sold "As-Is". We will only accept returns for items not as described in the actual auction listing. You must contact us within five (5) days of receipt and your item(s) must be returned in no less than seven days with all packaging, tags and accessories included and in the same condition as received. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In order to return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at info@easyebaysales.com.
Zero or low feedback users (under 10): Please contact us prior to bidding on our auction. While we are happy to deal with newer eBay users, we prefer to establish communication with you prior to your bid to make sure that you understand our auction policies.
