Seller Terms -
By using EasyEbaySales.Com consignment service you agree that you will provide items that are wholly owned by you and are free from any previous sales commitment, lien or other legal entitlement by another party. If necessary, you agree to provide documented proof of ownership such as free title for automobile or other registered vehicle. Unless specifically agreed to in advance, no items with current liens or other third-party ownership will be accepted.
All auctions contain some element of risk. These risks include but are not limited to lower than expected sales values, seasonal desire and other uncontrollable factors that affect salability and value. When providing items for sale to EasyEbaySales.Com you agree to a minimum sales price (before commission) that you will accept for the item or items you wish to sell. We reserve the right to refuse items where, in our opinion, the minimum sales price is not realistic or obtainable. Depending on the item for sale, we prefer to start auctions with low starting bids for preferred search and display purposes. If you agree to this format you also agree that there is the potential for the item to be sold at a reduced value.
While we do everything possible to insure a satisfactory sales experience for both seller and buyer, there are situations that are out of our control. These situations include but are not limited to shipping issues, payment issues, unscrupulous buyers, etc. You agree to hold EasyEbaySales.Com and its principals harmless for these situations that are beyond our control.
Acceptable sales items include craft items, collectibles, consumer items, antiques, motor vehicles, furniture, etc. just to name a few.
Unacceptable sales items include firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, designer copies, illegal or potentially illegal products as defined by the State of Oklahoma and items not accepted by eBay, Inc (click here for a complete list of unacceptable eBay items).
Payment to seller will occur after a successful sales transaction. A successful transaction is defined as a sale where payment has been received, product has been successfully shipped and received by the purchaser and positive eBay feedback for the transaction has been provided by the purchaser. Payment speed is dependant on shipment location, speed of shipment and the speed at which eBay feedback has been provided. While we endeavor to provide final payment to the seller as soon as possible, there are certain situations that we can not control and may delay payment. If you have any questions about final payment, please contact us prior to entering into any agreement for our services.
Pricing
As a general rule, EasyEbaySales.Com charges a commission of 20% of the gross sales price for an item with a minimum item acceptable sales price of $50.00. The commission and minimum value requirements may be adjusted depending upon number of items provided for sale, sales type (auction, eBay store, etc.) and anticipated final value for high-value items. Please contact us for a non-binding quote on your item(s) prior to entering into any agreement.
